Courts at Bespoke La Union

By booking, I confirm (for myself and everyone playing under this booking) that we acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of risk. Pickleball and other court sports involve inherent risks of physical injury, including falls, collisions and equipment-related injuries. We participate voluntarily and at our own risk.
2. Health declaration. We are in good physical condition to play, and will tell staff immediately about any discomfort or health issue during our visit.
3. Release of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we release Courts at Bespoke La Union (Beyond Bespoke Hotels Inc.), its owners, staff and agents from claims, damages or injuries arising from our participation in activities at the facility.
4. Facility rules. We will follow posted rules and staff instructions. Non-compliance may mean being asked to leave without refund.
5. Personal property. The facility is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
6. Photo & video. Photos or videos may occasionally be taken at the courts for promotion. Tell our staff if you'd rather not be included.

1. Payment first. Nothing is reserved without payment. Paying by QR, we hold your slot for 10 minutes while you pay, and it's confirmed once the payment reaches us, usually within seconds. Paying by GCash screenshot, it's confirmed once our team checks the screenshot.
2. Non-refundable. Paid bookings are non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit payment.
3. Rescheduling. Need a different time? Message us at least 24 hours before your game and we'll move it to another free slot, same payment, no fee. Within 24 hours of game time, bookings can't be moved.
4. Weather & closures. If we close the courts (weather, maintenance, events), you'll be notified and refunded or rebooked.
5. Discretion. Exceptions to this policy are at management's discretion.
